Colour loss at cuffs, collars and elbows is normal wear and is often correctable at the refinishing stage. Say what is bothering you when you drop it off so it gets addressed rather than cleaned around.

Expect longer than dry cleaning, and expect an honest opinion. A jacket that has dried out and cracked cannot be returned to new, and we will say so before you pay for the attempt.

Why does leather cleaning cost more than dry cleaning?+
It is a different process, done by hand, and the reconditioning and refinishing afterwards are most of the labour. A coat also takes considerably longer than a suit.
Can you fix a jacket that has gone stiff and faded?+
Often, to a point. Reconditioning brings back a lot of suppleness and refinishing evens the colour, but leather that has cracked through cannot be undone. We will tell you which one you have.
